This Privacy Policy explains how Počasí2 ("we", "our", "us") handles user data. Our app provides weather information based on the user's location. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the GDPR.
We do not collect or store personal data on our servers. However, the app may access location data (GPS or approximate location) — used solely to provide weather information.
Location data is used only to retrieve weather data from third-party providers and display relevant weather information to the user. Location data is processed locally on your device and sent directly to third-party APIs.
We use the following third-party services: Open-Meteo (weather data) and Rain Viewer (precipitation / radar data). These services may process location data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control how these third parties process data.
